2x Vintage salon helmet hair dryer that have been converted into unique industrial floor lamps. Upcycled floor lamps like these are highly popular conversational items for industrial lofts, retro home décor, or vintage-themed boutique hair salons.

* Original Function: These machines were commercial hood hair dryers used in beauty salons during the 1960s .
* The Retro Design: “Space Age” styling, the curved, helmet-like plastic and chrome hood was built to mimic the optimistic, futuristic aesthetic of the Apollo moon landing era.
* Upcycled Conversion: The heavy heating blowers and inner mechanisms have been safely removed. They are replaced lamps with 3 settings, standard power cords, and standard floor plugs. This repurposes the plastic transparent visor to serve as a giant geometric lampshade.
